Typically, lash extensions stay looking good for 2 to 3 weeks, but beyond that, all of them will gradually fall out on their own. However, with regular fills, your overall lash extensions will last indefinitely.
Eyelash extensions are safe enough if they are done properly by a professional lash artist. They do not damage your natural eyelashes if the aftercare is done as advised by the lash technician.

Our lash patch test is recommended if you have had a previous allergic reaction or sensitivity to eyelash extensions, or if you’re pregnant and a new client of Pin G Nee. The appointment itself lasts around 15 minutes and is the easiest way to determine how your eyes will react with lash extensions. After filling out your consultation form, your lash stylist will place on around 5-10 lash extensions on each eye, using our glue products. You will also have a collagen eye pad (used through all our lash treatments) applied under your eye, to check that this product works well with your skin. If you experience any adverse reaction (including itching, stinging, burning or swelling) within twenty-four hours of your patch test, please let us know – this is an indication that you have a sensitivity or allergy to eyelash extensions

How to look after your eyelash extensions
Some Tips On Caring For Your New Eyelash Extensions
1. Don’t get them wet at first!
Like go swimming or training in the first 24 hours! This time is needed for the glue to achieve the maximum bond.
2. If you have to use mascara
Please use the right mascara! With the right eyelash extensions you shouldn’t need to apply mascara, but if you feel the need to use mascara. Ask your eyelash extension technician to recommend an oil free mascara to use as most mascaras weaken the glue that bonds the eyelashes.
3. Use cotton tips to remove makeup
Do this by gently wiping across the top of your eyes, avoiding rubbing down onto the extensions.
4. Do not use cleansers,
Make-up removers or moisturisers that contain oil or solvents on your eyes.
Be careful as these will compromise the bonding agent used to adhere your eyelashes.Your technician can recommend suitable products that are oil free. We recommend our Lash Shampoo as it is specially formulated for eyelash extensions.
5. Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Try and remember to pat your eyes gently dry which will ensure no accidental damage is done
6. Ripping off your clothes!
Be careful when changing, most fabrics love to cling on to eyelashes.
7. Don’t pull at your extensions.
It can pull out your natural lash and potentially create some gaps.
8. Avoid tinting your eyelash extensions.
The roughness of wiping of the tint and cause lashes to fall out, and it is best not to expose them to tint.
9 Avoid using eyelash curlers on your eyelashes.
Extensions have inbuilt curl. Tell your technician how curly you like them, we can customise them for you.
10. Don’t leave it too long between infills.
We recommend within 3 weeks is best, as by 4 – 5 weeks they may be too grown out to infill effectively, and a new set may be needed
Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Our Policy
We charge a €10 minimum deposit fee on all bookings.
Fees are based on the service cost.
If you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, our salon needs 48 hours minimum notice, within 48 hours 50% of the deposit fee is lost.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 100% of the deposit fee is lost.
More than 48 hours notice and the deposit fee will be fully refunded.
If you regularly give us less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up at all without calling,
Please expect that we will require you to pay fully for any future bookings, with the same condition's as stated above.
The deposit fee is none refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
